Mama & Baby Yoga (Babies from 6 month)

Thursday 10.00 – 11.00 

When babies are growing they need more interaction and entertainment. In this class we playfully explore little exercises, sing and practice yoga together. The mother is still in her postnatal phase and needs regeneration. We practice in order to meet her needs of building strength and finding relaxation. 

 

Mama & Baby Yoga 

Friday 10.00 – 11.00  

This class is a combination of postnatal Yoga, relaxation and joy. The babies take part in the yoga practice and can do own little movements with the help of the mother. It has a positive effect on their digestion, sleep and self-awareness. Mama & Baby Yoga can be practices 6 weeks after birth until the babies can crawl.
