Simplicity is what we often don’t see.

We let us drift and distract, lose the thread and thus integrity. We lack a sense of „resting within“ because restlessness and dissatisfaction in our heads are bothering us. Our body adopts this tense condition and loses a sense of lightness and vitality. The hormonal balance is disordered, we feel lethargic and sleepless.


Our breathing patterns are crucial in this condition. Through breathing we have direct access to our body and our mental / emotional experience.
Breath combined with movement and release brings oxygen and a sense of flow into our physical systems.

We feel at ease and nourished. It doesn’t take much more.
