Postnatal with Baby (Rückbildung)

Postnatal Yoga, relaxation and joy are the focus of this class. All babys are integrated into the class and can perform some of their own movements with the help of their mother. This has a great impact on baby’s digestion, sleep and self-awareness. In postnatal practice pelvic floor muscles, deep abdominal and back muscles (core muscles) are toned and strengthened and brought back into their original tension. This course is recommended from about 6 weeks until one year after birth. The postnatal phase is an individual process for every woman and also depends on the time breastfeeding.

Postnatal without Baby, core strength

This Yoga class is for every woman who wants to strengthen the core. The focus lies on the pelvic floor, deep abdominal and back muscles. Through the breath, especially the exhale breath, the connective tissues are restored in the center and wins back its tone. The breath is stimulating cell renewal and is cleansing, restoring and energizing. The postnatal phase is often more intense than the prenatal phase. That is why it is even more important to take time for it. For a wholistic experience the feet, shoulders and neck are included into the practice. The postnatal phase is an individual process for every woman and also depends on the time breastfeeding. Attendance to this course is suitable until the body feels strong enough for more intense activities and sports
