Pregnancy Yoga



Our courses for pregnant women have a strengthening effect on body, mind and the connection to the growing baby. In the 5th district of Zurich we are central and surrounded by lovely parks and cafés. The courses are suitable for all three trimesters of pregnancy and all levels. On request, classes can be held at home in a private setting.

My 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher for pregnancy allow me to differentiate the many needs of pregnant women and to offer great support.
